We recently caught up with our Project Account Manager, Jim, to find out more about his role here at the Growth Hub and what he enjoys most both at work and away from the office too!

What do you do at the Coventry & Warwickshire Growth Hub?

• My role is, project-based Account Manager. I’m currently involved in the Uxplore project and Made Smarter West Midlands too!

What’s a unique/interesting fact about yourself?

• I was a Radio Air Engineering Artificer in the Royal Navy and served during the Falklands War.

What three things do you love about your role?

• The people I work with, we’re part of a great team.
• Working with businesses or all stages and supporting them through various support streams.
• Trying out new technology and learning about new business innovations.

What’s your professional background?

• Technical sales and support – all types of technologies! I’ve had a particular focus and interest in digital communications and software over the years.

What’s your favourite place to visit in Coventry & Warwickshire?

• My favourite place to visit is Kenilworth!

Do you have any pets?

• Yes! I have two cats, they are brother and sister and are called Tinkerbell and Dash!
