Bromwich Hardy has won the estate management contract for properties at a popular shopping centre in the Midlands.
The Crowhill Shopping Centre, located at Raven Way in Nuneaton, hosts a healthcare provider, a financial services firm, a convenience store, a butcher and a fast-food takeaway.
The new contract comes as Bromwich Hardy’s property management arm continues to grow, with a portfolio of more than 800 units across the UK.
The properties at Crowhill Shopping Centre have a total area of 6,525 sq ft, and these include Crowhill Pharmacy, Crowhill Costcutter, Crowhill Quality Butchers and 3 J’s Fish & Chips.
Ewa Koperkiewicz, head of facilities management at Bromwich Hardy, said: “We are really pleased to have been appointed to manage the Crowhill Shopping Centre, where a diverse mixture of businesses are based.
“We will be looking after all the communal areas, service charge and property maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of the shopping centre.”
Bromwich Hardy’s property management arm grew by nearly 9% to 803 units last year, with its presence across the Midlands rising by 17%.
Ewa added: “We are leading the way here at Bromwich Hardy with our proactive approach to tailoring spaces to meet evolving demands from tenants, while maximising landlord returns.”
